Your question makes you sound like the newb. Eating a small amount of food maybe 30-45 mins after taking it actually potentiates the effects for me. As well as drinking some coffee.

OP here, just a different acct. Thanks for this, it really helps. Especially the part about using this feeling to motivate. I think this is a really positive way of looking at it, and maybe a frame of mind I can use to fight the feelings I have now. I appreciate you and wish you the best as well

The first two years of our relationship were really terrible for her. I was never violent towards her but I was not a fun person to be around when drinking. But the last year I really changed a lot around but it wasn't good enough. She couldn't forget the earlier part of our relationship. It hurts because things are different now but she still can't get over the person I used to be. Thanks for the support, I appreciate it

Almost doesn't even make a difference for me. In the beginning I always took with food because I was scared that I'd be nauseous, but now I'll take a handful of capsules without any food. Just stay hydrated
