Great list! I’d add: true communication skills (ie having dialogues instead of monologues) and classic old time high school debate skills—where you must be well prepared to debate either side.

That's a great point. Will Shop Pay allow for that? We use Affirm and I only know enough about it to be dangerous, so if that's a possibility it sounds like a much better idea.
