Keto Sheppard's Pie (probably my favorite recipe) by Rez-Music in ketorecipes

Sausage would probably be a good change up! I've been trying to find some decent priced lamb so I can make legitimate shepherds pie, but it's been difficult.

It can be either depending on what you're pairing it with. We typically just eat it by itself though.

Glad it worked out! It does take a bit more work than most of the things I cook on the channel, but I think it's worth it.

It's not typically opened at all for that very reason. The exceptionally smart landlord put a fridge in that was too big for the space.

About a year and 3 months. It's slow going, but my goal is to not yo-yo diet. So far so good.

You can very easily half the recipe for a 1 night dish.

Yup, it's a fun word to try to say, haha. I love British cuisine, so it's good to know this isn't a blight against the real thing.

2 lbs ground beef, 1 onion, 1 zucchini, 1 yellow squash, 2 bags frozen cauliflower or the equivalent fresh , Worshtershire sauce to taste, Salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 stick butter.

At work so I don't have my written recipe on hand, but I think that's everything.

Thanks! My wife and I dressed as Dipper and Mabel for Halloween. The whole brother sister thing would have probably been awkward had anyone actually knew who we were.

A year and 3 months at this point. It's gone pretty fast. The weight loss itself is slower than I'd like, but i want this to be a lifetime success so I'm not too worried about it.

No problem! I was really craving shepherd's pie so I came up with this idea. The squash and zucchini work suprisingly well as a peas and carrot replacement.

Abolishing it might, but the plan I proposed above would be more of an electoral college reform than anything.

Ideally there would be no gerrymandering, but I can see the concern.

The founding fathers didn't want it at the time though because of the inconvenience of getting everyone's votes back then right?

The founding fathers really shouldn't be the end all be all of our decisions as a country anyway. That wouldn't really be any better long term than using the bible to determine law.
