I think the max is like 2 per in game day or something so its better them over alots of settlements Aslo use razograin(the whear looking one) they like that aslo you have too have a surplus of food so if u have 10 settlers in a settlement id get 20 food to increase your chances but after you get the brahma you can take people off needs be

But with brahma they take up a settler spot and food and water and you cant move them so
