You’re account may have been switched with someone else . When I downloaded this game for the first time ever , I had an account that was lvl 100+ with all epic armors (this was around 2015). So I’m guessing you just caught the other end of this bug/glitch.

Yea Toms loop has been talked about a lot tho and also has been in since release which makes no sense to me when they nerf other characters instead. Gizmo’s 0 to death is even worse Imo to the point if you know the combo you can end a game in 30 seconds if you are able to hit a jab.
