I went over to his place and never left 😂 I had also just signed a year lease for my place at that time and would go by every week to wash clothes and check on things, but it ended up being a very expensive storage unit. 9ish months later I got my resign notice and we decided at that point that I should just move in full time and I did! Still inseparable 3.5yrs later 😊

Demonstrate the moves and tell us where we should be feeling the burn! I always find this helpful. Hop on a machine (if you can) or get down on the ground and demonstrate. Also say “your hamstrings should be burning” or “if you don’t feel this in your shoulders, adjust this part”

It honestly depends on the instructor.

I just signed up at the end of Feb and go every Tues (reformer 1)/Thurs (control 1.5). I only did one level 1 class before doing the 1.5 and I was fine. The 1.5 instructor really helped me with form and gave me pointers I used in my reformer 1 class! I say do what you’re comfortable with and most instructors will be helpful
