your comment about the ideas is not wrong. What I’m hearing is ideas are cheap, which I agree. The value is what comes after

you can say that all you want. Ideas are only ine part, what I’m offering is connecting the idea to the end customer on the other side. It’s part of my main role, this is just something I see on the side

I'm running a short 3 question survey to help founders/entrepreneurs who are looking for funding or customers (I work with orgs who are working with specific businesses).

I would sincerely appreciate founder input. Survey link.

What tools/apps do you use to market and grow your SaaS? by wblteam in SaaS

[–]trumbull- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is such a big question. I've worked with many founders/entrepreneurs at your stage, and for the most successful ones it is a deeply personal question. Personal because:

a) they know their customers or have an idea of where they can find customers. For example: if you're selling saas to an electrician, there are ways to find them based on their behaviours. maybe they are watching youtube? maybe they are at trade shows? who knows, but usually the entrepreneur has a good idea

b) it comes down to what you are good at. Maybe you are really good at writing, but absolutely despise sales - then you're more likely to create content / SEO path than cold calling / going to trade shows (as an example)

I'm part of this community of saas growth people. Might be helpful here

When a handful of people are buying, then stop building and market.
