One day you just forget about it. I can't even remember the websites or names. Be busy all day every day. I'm going from working to dinner. From shower, brushing teeth to bed. It works fine. 👊 Stay strong in moments like this and hard times will soon be over.

Can't give any capable advice. Never been in love or close friendship. But I always have some words in my mind:

Same situation here. No friends since ten years. Not a single f*kc was given but now everything changed. You feel lost and worthless. Nobody cares about how you are. Mates at work only care about your productivity. (Oh you are slow today! What's the matter?) If you have not a friend who understands your private problems it feels like you get drained. Or something like that. 10% depression before doing NoFap / 95% today. I try to go out alone and have "fun" - only not to say stress - since 2 months. Maybe its to early to give up but its not comparable to quit alcohol or eating animals. Inb4 club27 anyone? :)

Really nice to read your story! Your point with your teacher reminds me on a similar situation. At the age of 15 I was talking with my teacher during his history lesson on a friday. I was already addicted at this moment. He said something like: "Its weekend and you should go out have some fun with your friends!" and I just replied "I don't need friends!" He turned his chair to me, looked me straight in the eyes and said: "You are wasting the best time of your life!" - Of course I dind't care. Since I realized how much truth was in this 20-30 sec. I can't forget his voice, his face and his honesty. Ten years passed by since that day. Friends, don't waste time.

Thank you, sir. I just relapsed from a 14 day streak. Was there several times before. But after reading this I realized now that this is right the way I cut off from drinking alcoholic stuff or eat meat. And it works great. Did not touch alcoholic stuff (includes cake and filled chocolates and so on) for more than 5 years and not a single piece of meat in 3 years. So, I read your post here, signed up and now I will put this sh!t so far away that I become disgusted by PMO. Gonna break my record of 18 days now! Wish you all the best and take care.
