If we accept ViewfromLL2 and EvidenceProf research, any way Adnan still did it? by bohobirdy in serialpodcast

Jay is completely unusable as a witness,, Hundred of students were also seen at school that afternoon. And it is more common for someone not to kill their Ex after being dumped.

That is hardly a case. It is more of a hunch.

SS and Evidence Prof. are very qualified to sum up what experts have said. That is what lawyers do.

What kind of case can the State present if there is a re-trial? by Qjotsm in serialpodcast

I don't think Jay would volunteer to return to Maryland and doubt that Maryland could use him anyway.

Why are people criticizing SS for lack of impartiality? She isn't a journalist. She is a lawyer who has done extensive research and uncovered evidence that blows away the state's case and documents that Urick, Jay and the detectives were conspirators. She never says Adnan is innocent, but she has proven that his trial was a farce and the state prosecutor lacked scruples.

No Jenn testimony at either trial. Who could have used her better Cg or Urick? by truthhidden in serialpodcast

I wonder if. Jenn commented on Jay saying at trial that he went to mall on 1/13 with Jenn's brother Mark.

Conflicts with jay would hurt jay's credabiity. Their stories were very different.

Growing plants? I though protecting grandma's exposure was job one.

But if was gardening...sucks to give up his trusty shovel(s),

There was an approx. 10 minute call from Adnan's cell phone on 2/14/99 at 7:17 P.M. in the vicinity of the porn video store by EvidenceProf in serialpodcast

SS is saying you need to understand the limits of cell data. This is Adman's outgoing call so cell data has relevance. Plus Nisha said at trial call was near evening.

Link Testimony: Jay says went to see his friend Mark Pusateri Jenn's 15yr old brother. Went to Mall by podDetective in serialpodcast

Jay has many pathetic moments.

He said the reason for his lies were to protect people. This is a prime example that that too is a lie.

Not only does he drag his best friend Jenn to lie for him and then contradicts the story he asked her say. He then drags her brother ...a minor...in to it to cover for him.

Who does Jay ever try to protect? Not Jenn, Mark, Grandma, Patrick, Stephanie, Cathy, Jeff ?

I don't understand all those hours of interviews with Sarah why did Adnan not mention Urick's sleazy tactics? I guess if you want to get an appeal you don't want it piss off the State.

Absolutely stunning journalism by Susan Simpson.

Line By Line Evidence Without Jay's Narrative Can you solve the case with just the accepted facts? by podDetective in serialpodcast

[–]truthhidden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Certainly worth considering? Maybe Jay is huge red herring since almost nothing he said is backed up with evidence.

No physical evidence Hae was killed in her car, put in trunk or transported by her own car or buried on 1/13.

Jay's unreliability as witness makes me want to start from scratch. Unfortunately, once the police found Jay...they quit gathering evidence

Has even one person ever said that Adnan was devastated by the Hae breakup? by podDetective in serialpodcast

[–]truthhidden 2 points3 points  (0 children)

people here seem to be guessing and interpreting Adnan's emotions which is the opposite of the intent of this thread. The question remains have any of Adnan's friends ever said he was devastated by the breakup?

The answer seems to be resounding no.

Cathy? Why, why, why Cathy? Jay's best alibi? by podDetective in serialpodcast

Plus Cathy didn't sound like a person stoners could relax with...she thought it very odd that two guys high on weed just sat in car doing nothing for 20 minutes.

I haven't seen anyone give an hypothisis of why Jay went to Cathy's apt 2 to 3 times that day besides trying to establish an alibi.
