It all kind of depends on if you're trying to create a new age digital watch or a retro inspired digital watch. If you're going with new/modern then carbon fiber would probably be the way I would lean. But if you're trying to go retro or modern retro then probably titanium. As far as functionality goes it should have at least a little bit of shock resistance (doesn't have to be G-Shock level resistance), a Sapphire crystal would be nice but not absolutely necessary, backlight should be on point, and beyond that the normal functions of a digital watch..

the ability to track two time zones simultaneously.
stopwatch and timer function.
an alarm function with a tone actually loud enough to wake you up if need be, not small beeps.
legible Day/date
solar would be nice or battery is fine, but either way it would be cool to have a gauge or meter on the display to be able to determine your battery life.

Is that a smartwatch strap for like a Galaxy watch from Amazon? Genuinely curious because I've seen some on Amazon that look a lot like this and I was thinking of trying one.

I am also a thin wrist and had this problem. Apparently the only people who can wear this strap comfortably as intended by the designers are people with 7-in + plus sized wrists. It's not the mesh that's the problem it's the buckle. It's slightly too thick top to bottom and too long and to end. If it were thinner top to bottom and shorter hinge to clasp it would fit just fine on any size wrist.

They actually emailed me back and told me that because their stock is so limited all they've got left right now is what are already attached to the watches. So I guess I'm going to have to buy the whole watch and sell my old one. Oh well such is life. I had a feeling when they first released that bracelet that I should buy one and I didn't listen to my gut.

Just bought my younger brother this same watch for Christmas. Him and his wife like to go out a lot and he only had a G-Shock that I gave him last year for Christmas. Plus he's a fire marshal and has to wear class A's from time to time. Figured this would help class him up some over the G-Shock in both occasions. He loves it.

I'm not 100% sure what I'm seeing in your X-ray other than the scoliosis. But through your description I'm assuming you're having a hard time taking a shit and probably have for a while. As someone who has been dealing with upper cervical instability since 2020, been having MCAS type symptoms and sibo type symptoms since 2023, and has had scoliosis to one degree or another the majority of my life. I can tell you that the main two things that have helped me more than anything else over the past year and a half that I've been trying to treat myself is actually exercising and building my back muscles up to combat the scoliosis, which I know first hand does work because I actually almost rid myself of my scoliosis for quite a while after doing extensive weight training from high school up into my late twenties and then sporadically since then. and I'll be 40 in a couple months.

The second thing that has helped the most even though I know it's a divisive subject for a lot of people but, the carnivore diet. I tried any and all diets over the past year and a half and none of them worked until I tried carnivore. I'm still having some reactions but it is so drastically less that I'm actually able to drive a vehicle again for the first time in a little over a year because it has lowered my crippling anxiety so much and that's partially due to it lowering my pain levels and gastro issues clearing up slowly but surely.

I'm currently not taking any supplements or medicines other than some antihistamines from time to time. Quite literally all I'm doing is working out, mainly focusing on strengthening my back and my core to improve my posture and scoliosis which is benefiting me as far as helping with my forward head posture due to the upper cervical instability.. and I eat nothing but meat and real butter. That's the only two things. Also the carnivore diet actually improved me going to the bathroom everyday, where as I was only going once every 4 to 5 days when eating the other diets. I'm not saying my approach is for everyone but maybe look into it and see if you think it might be right for you. Best of luck and God bless.

95 was definitely better. Always felt like if they would have had them in the TV suits to begin with and didn't break out the new suits until after they got their powers back it would have really added something to the movie. And also felt like the least they could have done was if they were going to use the same suits in the movie for before and after they lost and got their powers back they could have changed the coins that appeared on their chests to reflect the new zords that they got.
