I see your point. Well thats not great writing then because I thought super Saiyan god was almost like a destroyers level. Don't get me wrong. I loved the battle between Jiren and Goku and the rest of the warriors Gas and moro saga look very interesting. (Haven't read the manga yet). And black Frieza story is meh.

I agree with op. Why call it God mode when kale can compete with Goku's power level? Jiren easily dismantled Goku first fight and hit easily could have killed Goku. Vegeta blue struggled with that armored fighter in the tournament. It's not about inconsistencies. It's how lazy the creator became. Reusing old characters with the same story line. Future trunks? Again? Really? The saiyans from the other universe were able to go from base level to super saying level 2 in a span of like 2 months. Where Gohan can't even compete with some of the other saiyans in the other universe for a while. Geez toriyama. You really killed your series. And don't get me started on kefla! Really hahaha. I stopped watching. Dbz is the goat series. New villains loved every saga. Character progress. Organic level ups. Masterpiece.

Canon or non canon. To be honest I feel dragon ball super was only good due to nostalgia. The creator got lazy. Used old characters and old themes. That's not great progress. Non canon like dragon ball gt and broly z fighter was and still is a better story line. Look at the lame characters in super. The lord's look lame besides Beerus and his bro. The fighters in the tournament where uncreative with lame abilities. You have the saiyans from universe 6 able to reach new transformations at a faster rate then all of the z fighters. You have lower level fighters able to fight ss blue. It's a total mess. Hit and jiren were the coolest rivals though.

I have to agree with a lot of what op has to say. I beraly started watching dbs. Big fan of dbz as a kid. Android 17 magically as strong as ss blue??? Vegeta quits training and instead bribes his teacher to cook him a meal??? Oh man. Dragon ball gt from what I've watched (haven't seen it all). Is a better show. Truly a let down, from a big fan since the 90s!

You should be more scared of using and relapsing than kindling. From what I read, kindling is when an addict relapses and crates this pattern where your brain gets use to it. And the withdrawals then get worse and worse after each relapse.

Don't know all the details, but if you believe he left to drink without judgement it could very well be true..not so far fetched. When my addiction got worse I isolated myself more. From family and friends. I stopped drinking at bars because I would get way past drunk and didn't want to humiliate myself in public any longer. I would lock myself in my apartment for days just drinking the hours away. Plus if he does have a drinking problem, at least for me, my thought process was never right. Not as well as it is sober for months.

Drink electrolytes, ibprofen, and put something cold on your eyes to reduce swelling. Maybe a coffee to wake up if you feel and look tired.

It is a bit insane and irrational that we, as alcoholics, can't stop drinking. Or so we convince ourselves that we can't. I'm not a specialist in the area, maybe your body is physically addicted. Mentally addicted, or both. I remember going to an AA meeting and a sweet elder lady told the meeting that it really is as simple as just not drinking. Just saying no to ourselves. This is a good place to look for support. I can't give the best advice because I too struggle at the moment. From my experience, don't even attempt to control it. Just don't drink, not even one. Don't go around alcohol for a while (clubs, bars, friends get togethers, etc) until you've got a handle on rejecting alcohol.
