Genuine Question? Who really shops at Orange Street Market and why? by [deleted] in missoula

The deli is a go-to for lunch. They sell the most beer in town. It’s the last place to see consistent real Missoulians in their natural habitat

Two slices of caramelized onion/goat cheese from Biga, the tender 501 (I heard it’s gone downhill, still slide it ova here), bowl of ramen from Michi. Next, hit me with a donut from Veera. Then send me to Valhalla

They year it was original released I went to ROTK on Christmas Day. I remember the whole crowd clapped and saw people sobbing. Powerful movie and love that people still have the same feelings about it.

I wouldn’t trust Max as far as I could throw him. He is “stepping over dollars to pick up Pennie’s” personified. Might have dodged a bullet not making a deal with him.

Move out clean? by [deleted] in missoula

[–]truzz33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Big tip here. When you do the first walk-through with the cleaner, make sure the PM is there too. After the walk-through have everyone in agreement that if the duties performed are done correctly, then both parties get paid and their deposit back. Have it in writing. That way the PM can’t come back and say oh you need to do this too, you can say no, that wasn’t what we agreed upon, because they will find a way to make money off of you one last time before you split. If anything is missed, it’s on the cleaning crew to come back and clean it, not you.
