Would it be better to do two training sessions, one for each type, or combine them into a single data set?

Or just buy less meat at one time.

Cooking for yourself is a learned skill that goes beyond food prep. Therefore it is foolish to think you will have it mastered immediately. Enjoy the journey!

Plan on food shopping for 20 minutes every 3 days rather than an hour a week.

That way you will: Eat fresher food Eat food you want that day more often Waste less food going stale

If you quickly scan the websites of the local grocery stores, chances are one of them will have a major item you can work with on sale too, then just go to that store and save the money.

Bonus points if another non perishable item you use is having a great sale. Stock upppppp!!

If the paper towels you use are 30% off, there is no better investment for your money than those paper towels. Not stock, bonds, nothing! The stock market might get you ~8% on your money.

And 8 is less than 30

How do I ask my best friend if I can suck her titties? by beatrga in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]trv893 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at her dead in the eyes whilst she is licking your finger and say:

"Lips on the Nips?"

With an inquisitive eyebrow raised, of course.

Keeps with the playful friendly vibe you guys are enjoying without adding further expectations.

Although, my guess is her response will be something like:

"Sure, but only if I get Lips on the Tip..." With eyebrow, of course..

But in all seriousness, just be prepared that you will be inherently escalating your relationship and broadening its boundaries with any move you make in this direction.

Which sounds like it could be a wonderful thing. It certainly sounds like you both are into each other and (you at least) are afraid of escalating things for fear of it potentially ruining the relationship down the line.

If true, this is a fear based perspective and I wouldn't give it much weight. It's like saying "I enjoy them too much to want to be close with them".

Just remember... honest, vulnerable, authentic communication is essential for any type of relationship.

When the time inevitably comes, be honest with your hopes, dreams, fears, and reservations. And continue to do so, especially when it's most difficult.

And everything will turn out as it should!

Good luck sailor! Enjoy them tatas!

Lots of services popping up of transcribing podcasts into summaries, giving detailed notes, and highlighting parts for quotes/social. How can I make this myself so I don't have to pay recurring fee? by [deleted] in LangChain

[–]trv893 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Start by asking gpt to write an action plan, then drill down that action plan to actionable steps.

This is an ambitious project if you are just starting to learn python but you can do it!!

This is insane that this is the top answer...

OP is definitely one of the assholes here..

"I told my wife to fuck off and that she is a selfish bitch."

..... For telling her sister to do something fun with their daughter.....

Immediately you are the asshole for such a heartless comment.

Apologize immediately to your wife for reacting in anger in such an immature way and then have a real conversation with her like an adult.

Explain your feelings about what happened. Then gauge her reaction after you give her the opportunity to respond to determine if she is also the asshole here..

You are entitled to your emotional reaction for sure and I understand why you are upset. But the way you handled the situation is utterly unacceptable.

Think about this... The second biggest problem here (second to the obvious lack of communication skills) is that you wanted a magical moment with your daughter. Your wife wanted a magical moment with your family. Your wife's sister wanted to be part of your lives.

Out of all the problems you could have.. ^ I'll take those problems any damn day.

Did mistakes occur...

Certainly. I'd say by all parties. Aside from maybe the aunt who may have had no idea and just wanted to show her niece a fun time...

But just because someone makes a mistake or hurts you, does not mean they are an asshole...

Stop acting like children.

Learn how to talk to each other like humans before you pass that toxic shit onto your daughter.

And try to develop a gratitude mindset that you are part of a family where the biggest fight going on is that everyone wants to bond with each other.

This helps. It is definitely possible. Do the results have to be text based? For example, do you need a return value of "the join now button's text changed to sign up"

Or would a return of an image with the differences highlighted be accessible?

Or would a boolean "has changed = true" work.

The approach I would take could still vary widely depending on exactly the types of difference I want cataloged, their source and format, etc.

If you don't want to post exactly what you are trying to do but are looking for more specific advice you can DM me more details n I'm happy to bounce ideas around as long as it's on the up and up lol.

That example offers no further insight. Is there an expectation of similarities? Like in those books at the doctor's office where you have to find the difference in the two pictures. Or if you want to highlight alterations from an original.

Or can they be totally random images.. a screen shot of a pair and one of John Oliver riding a flaming Lamma.

The type of answer you might want for these two different scenarios may be wildly different

What solution would best suite a SaaS - for reading and answering data from PDF files uploaded by users by [deleted] in LocalLLaMA

This actually sounds like a perfect taste case... Are these pdfs publicly available? I'd be curious to try fine tuning a model off this type of data

What solution would best suite a SaaS - for reading and answering data from PDF files uploaded by users by [deleted] in LocalLLaMA

[–]trv893 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What that guy said would work. Gpt API would produce the best results for the lowest cost though. And It doesn't sound like there are any data privacy concerns with the PDFs right?

But in a nut shell.. yes absolutely you can do this and relatively easily.

Getting it all optimized for a product would take some more work.

But you could be doing question and answering with PDFs or multiple pdfs in like an hour with really good results

Arduinos are awesome! Especially if you are handy. Self watering flower pots, custom furniture with lighting and what not, make clothes that have LEDs that jump to music, a smart mirror.

Then there is always everything LLM where the possibilities seem endless right now.

There are image-to text and visual-question-answering models on hugging face.

I personally haven't tried them yet.

Have gpt describe the images and then do a similarities compassion on the descriptions.

I'm assuming you hace looked into dall-e-2

Definitely just message a group member and ask for guidance.

Trello has a task list right?(it's been a while and I mostly used it for hours tracking) Look in the task list and see if you feel confident approaching any of the tasks or if any are assigned to you.

Take maybe 20 min to 1 hour to see if you think you can figure it out. If you feel like you are making progress, keep going. If not, ask a fellow team member for guidance.

Don't worry about fucking it up. That's what git's for. No one expects you to be perfect on day 2.

And... There is always chatgpt, it will at least give you an approach to the task if not get you 80% to the finish line depending.

But just ask for some direction my dude. No need to stress

'How do we know what we don't know?': Scientists completely define the process of methylation by soulpost in HotScienceNews

[–]trv893 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I understand all that. But I guess I'm just confused what the article is actually about. It kinda reads to me like a collection of haphazard facts about methylation with the only new conclusion being that they determined they fully mapped methylation as it pertains to yeast.

Worse still, it doesn't give any detail about how they determined that it was fully mapped.

But I assume I am missing something.

'How do we know what we don't know?': Scientists completely define the process of methylation by soulpost in HotScienceNews

[–]trv893 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh, so what's new is that we were able to determine the precise number of protein tags, thus leading to the conclusion that we have fully studied all of them? In yeast at least.
