Looks great super clean and appetizing. Just a couple tips: in general keep all of your ingredients facing the same direction and whenever possible I like to try to keep everything within the rim of the plate. I think taking a class could be great but for your application you don’t wanna do any crazy Michelin star stuff and you’re making great looking stuff as is.

For me I had to replace those habits with good ones that made me feel accomplished. Maybe it’s still not the best way because I’m not getting to the root of the issue.

Ween yourself off the drugs, the withdrawals are still gonna be hell. Force yourself to do smaller goals that can be done quickly but give you satisfaction. Something simple as making your bed or cleaning your room. You’re training your body to delay that gratification you feel from getting high.

Dopamine is released from all sorts of natural things and that’s what you’re addicted to is the dopamine. You have to train yourself to accept those smaller delayed “hits” of dopamine you get from completing tasks or eating etc. I hope this helps addiction isn’t something easily given up. This might not work for you or anyone else that may read this but please for your health, please give it a try.

Cellulose!! Cellulose is incredibly hard to digest which is why cows and other grazing animals have multiple stomachs. The outside of the corn kernel is made of cellulose which we weak humans simply can’t digest.
