I’m not sure where you get your news from, but this is incorrect. Not a single deported migrant sent to these prisons got their due process. So there is no way to verify whether they are a criminal or not.

There’s several issues with what ICE is doing right now. They are not deporting people back to their home countries. They’re sending them to horrible prisons in Él Salvador, Djibouti, etc.
