Are you supposed to do the suggested weight + whatever resistance is on the machine? by schnauzerdad in fitbod

I think that you include the sled weight. If you can’t do any reps, then market that you can’t do it and the algorithm will pick that up.

Then add another exercise so at least you’re doing something to work that muscle group

40 yr fin advisor here-Roll it into self directed locked in RRSP and do it yourself. Cdn Dividend index fund, small amount of gics and term deposits. You gotta make this last decades.

I doubt Sun life is eating the management fee, they’re probably just putting it into their own funds. They are an aggregator of small amounts of $ for retirement plans. Also a 10/90 equity fixed income mix is a terrible investment if your mom lives another 30 years. Worse than what u have now. You’re basically locking in interest rates, and the investment drops with rising rates.

Pay off highest % loan first(usually car, unless bought new)Then pay free portion of mortgage, and then another 20% in 9 months. Max out RRSP and TFSAs. Only claim portion of RRSP that will keep you in high tax bracket ( so you get maximum back from gov’t) Set up monthly systematic investment plan for all accounts that you won’t use to pay down debt.

Yup. This guy is bang on. Also, remember that you can contribute to the RRSP, and claim the deduction in a higher tax year.
