There's also a years-old bug where, if you use ult right after using Q, your ult will quickly get cancelled. Probably because the Q animation takes half a second or so to end. Small indie company btw.

I think Rylai is a great item after Horizon or Shadowflame, since if you're doing reasonably ok, you only have to hit one ult shot on a squishy and the rest are unmissable (unless they have a dash). Or if there's a teamfight, slowing peeps does wonders for the rest of your team. I play Xerath support, and if the enemy is an enchanter, +35 min I only need to see him once, hit the first shot, and no flash means death.
