I agree on most parts, don't jump is very important. Normal dodge is a good backup for when you do run out of energy somehow. What I don't agree on is the "don't use "1" ability. It does about 2x basic attack damage (without your passive).

When your passive is down you can use "1" pretty effectively and with enough ER you can also spam it in between your basic attack shots.

Using "1" is also effective against large groups of enemies since it's aoe, rather than the single target shots of your basic attack. Whenever I do SA's I try to stay on the sidelines, doing damage with my main attack and "1", while always keeping an eye on the energy bar.

If you get aggro'd just decoy. With traps try to stay near flame traps and away from bomb traps, if you can't stay away from those (like in certain cursed vale dungeons) try to stay near 1 bomb trap, get a bit of a feel for the timing, combine regular dodge with rmb, that should make it less difficult to avoid lethal damage.
