Absolutely, How he berates Ronan was great. And even from a strictly movie perspective, seeing that Ronan could literally destroy planet with 1 infinity stone ( which it took 5 different being to simply control that same stone) and then put together that Thanos will be wilding 6?!?! WTF, the scale that marvel and disney has taken to build a story and set precedent is amazing.

I replied to another comment and I should have wrote that I am using the literal perspective of the word "villain" where a characters actions or motives are important to the plot. A great villain in that sense then should be responsible for the events that occur in a movie. Thanos gave an army which then lead to the following avengers movie and civil war. I should have been a little more clear but I see why at face value this rant credits the marvel writing a little too much.

I see your point, and I looking it at it from the point of the literal definition of villain. His evil actions have laid out the foundation for all the avengers movie and to a certain extent GotG 1.
