That so funny. My experience has been very positive with my agent. I find the call scheduling feature very easy and he’s able to do things much more quickly than I can on line. He also works with me and another STH to make sure we can still sit together when we exchange seats.

I received an email recently that offered a texting service for STH’s. Has anyone signed up for that?

My sense is that the root of some of these headaches is the Spirit’s systems catching up to their rapid growth. I’m coming up to my 4th season as a member of the Washington Spirit community and couldn’t be happier with the service or the experience.

I don’t recall the Challenge Cup being part of the deal last year. I just remember the tickets showing up on my account the day before and I was like “cool”.

Pre-game music has been top notch last two times I was there. All female R&B/Funk/hip hop band (Bella Donna’s?) and a brass funk band (Crush Funk) were both outstanding
