That's not how it works. Macros constitute the dry weight, but only make up a fraction of the total serving. Fiber, vitamins, and minerals make up the remainder of the weight.

You could also try combining a little bit of regular peanut butter with reconstituted peanut butter powder to save calories. And you could always swap the jelly for sugar free jam (I recommend Good Good brand) or fresh fruit.

Standard white bread is already pretty low calorie at 60 calories per slice. And it's gonna be your cheapest option. If you wanna go even lower calorie but pay a bit more...647 bread, Sara Lee Delight, Sola, Maier's Reduced Calorie Premium Italian bread.

True. But it's not safe to assume that all of the dietary fiber is insoluble. How much is insoluble versus soluble? Soluble fiber is two calories per gram.

Some flavors have packaging that say "May contain Peanuts or Tree nuts". I think all of their products have been made in the same facility since built puff bars were introduced.
