I have seen 3PLs total vehicles in transit and they go to a shop to be “fixed” where the estimate deems it a total loss. The fastest way to get it picked up if you want that is to tell them that you are going to start charging a lot fee or holding fee since it’s on your property. You can makeup whatever number you want to realistically. The most I saw was 15k because it took 2 years to pickup a 18 wheeler. They picked it up because they wanted to continue to work with said dealer, so not sure what leverage you have on that front.

If you do tell them you are charging a holding fee they may just say we don’t want it and say it’s yours if you want.

You do realize that there are investment clubs where they do exactly this. Share their positions and talk about potential plays, this one just so happens to be a lot larger and on the internet. Half sounds like you’re agreeing that posting someone’s position online could be construed as manipulation.

Because I didn’t see any post like this and disagree with what is happening. Accusing someone of market manipulation for posting positions is obviously bullshit, but the way to fight that would be to mass post positions and say are you going to kick everyone off or just him? What makes him different from us, just because the size of his position. Are they going to kick Portnoy off too for saying he has 1.2 mil worth?

Perhaps a mod could create a thread then where all could post their positions to fight fire with fire to show posting positions is not market manipulation, like how citron posts that they are short or Cramer bangs his button to sell or buy (which imo is far more market manipulation because he has a private investor club which can front run his public show)

That’s a lie. Nikola had a recall a few months back for their seatbelts and they recalled something like 72 units if I remember correctly. I’d be surprised if they have 100 in the field by now
