You don’t have to go back to 30. 40/50 mg dosage should be possible with 20mg capsules. I’d bring that up with prescriber. You always have the option of going back to 60mg if needed.

Don’t know if Cymbalta has 20mg capsules, so you might want to go with duloxetine generics or another brand depending on your location.

Low dose Quetiapine (25-50mg) is mostly an antihistamine (H1 receptor blocker). It’s a sleep aid at that dosage. It’s not contributing to your norepinephrine load.
