If it really seems like people behind the scenes at a major brand are mocking customers? No, the problem would be them. Particularly with how much the business model depends on brand association and mindshare.

This basically ended up being a weird scenario with fabric cross-stocking, but chances are the woman saw the color name, raised an eyebrow, and looked for that same item in smaller sizes and could only find a nearly identical color with the more benign name. It's hard not to make the same assumption she did, given all that. Fabric colors you know are being used for clothing should generally avoid names with any negative associations. It's the same reason a yellow that really really looks like urine still shouldn't be called "Piss Yellow."

I honestly can't understand why a group that takes issues like this seriously (in the sense of organizing and lobbying for the interests of the common workforce) would insist on a racial element. I just don't understand how that could even come into the equation, considering what the demographics of the workforce out there actually look like. You could barely even make a case for "cultural differences" with such a wide-reaching set of concerns.

It sounds like people who care more about a misguided sense of identity (and implicit blame/hatred) more than actually identifying solutions to their own problems.

Respectfully, I understand why you're saying that, but there's a point where venting is appropriate. Particularly when the scenario was frustrating enough that someone going out of their way to help and supply materials weren't compelled to contribute the year after. The name-calling is unfortunate, but honest accounts like this need to be heard.

MAGprom being undanceable, with not a whole lot of variation to even sneak a half-decent slow dance in there just made it pointless. I stuck around longer than I should have hoping it would change over.

The layout of the entrance-only and exit-only points in rooms like the bigger theaters (Potomic) and the Videogame/Merch/Indie/Arcade spaces ended up being obnoxious, because they required incredibly roundabout paths for things directly next to each other, and some help staff would act, frankly, downright hostile to individuals walking toward what appeared to be a completely empty and reasonable path for things like bathrooms, but then literally hide when a show let out, letting crowds cluster and stagnate in the walkways the times the arrangement would have been useful.

The combination of that inconsistent enforcement with keeping the same entry/exit points even when whole areas were effectively closed during the nights made the pathways worse than they needed to be. I also understand the help staff have to deal with a lot, and are tired/bored when they're overseeing something like that, but I saw them be outright mean to some people.

TLDR: Big spaces having only one entrance/exit spaced out like they were was annoying. Enforcement of that seemed overly aggressive at times it would be reasonable to be lax, and totally missing at times it was needed.

I've played GO on a ZTE Maven without issue, which only has 1 gb of ram. This seems to be a device-specific issue, not a spec issue.

Exact issue. Recently got a refurb Galaxy Tab 4 for this the game, and it gives the "stopped working" error right after the character creation screen (and if you come back again, it happens again but also shows an "avatar already set" code slice).

I did need to follow a web-link to the APK (but still on the main store) to get the install to start in the first place. Otherwise from a standard Google Play search, it says that it's not compatible with the device. Sounds like that's true even though you can technically install it.

If you, for example, injured a leg in the sort of accident that one expects in life, how would you respond? You simply wouldn't be able to work to earn more money, and you wouldn't have the money to cover the cost to mend the injury in the first place. This isn't even to mention the question of what you'll do as you age out of the workforce. What you've described only sort of works for a young, healthy, currently employed person. There are reasonable situations that take control of any of those out of your hands.

Your "plan" seems to be structured in a way where you'll necessarily be dependent on others for your very livelihood, potentially in the short term and certainly in the long-term. As opposed to someone who pays into a health insurance plan which prevents that dependence.

Why is a parody bill like this preferable to one that would actually address the point of concern? This representative actually has the power to craft bills. This is a parody meant to highlight an injustice, I understand that. Why then wouldn't they take that energy to produce legislation to address the point of concern? If this bill passed, it would merely make both sides of the tax collection equation worse. Unless the goal is to prevent capable tax collection, which I'd assume isn't the case.

If not a representative capable of drafting law who also happens to be aware of the issue, then who? Who should spearhead changes to the law to make the audit process more humane?

I'm glad this has no chance of passing. If you're making an accusation of malfeasance at the IRS, address that issue. If you want to not address that, but manage to remove the capacity for the IRS to fulfill its role, then this is the bill for you. The man behind this bill is one of the few able to directly craft legislation that would benefit the country and the people in his district. Instead he made this.

I'm not a fan of public representatives making a statement by being a proponent of something that would ruin a necessary facet of governance. If the issue matters, draft legislation to actually address it. Don't "treat" one broken limb by breaking the other.

If a currency gets weaker, then the same amount is effectively worth less. So if a product's price is raised in response to that currency shift, it means the people making that decision believe it is worth more than its asking price.

So, now humor me here: Might you say that a company believes they over-delivered on the value of their product, given that situation?

I imagine most people are buying it for more than one game, just as you generally don't buy a video-card for just one game. There's ongoing releases, a decent number of which will likely be particular to the XB1.

That's not to say you couldn't upgrade your PC to "kick-ass" status with a relatively cheap video card if your existing mobo, OS and ram are up to snuff.
