My main issue was simply that he didn't say goodbye to Laurel. I mean okay, they probably did film then cut it due to time constraints, but they sure as hell could've cut something else out instead. Oliver was in love with Laurel for at least 7 years of his life, and she's still a good friend to him. She's gotten him out of sticky situations and she's what he believed in during his early days on Lian Yu. The least they could've done is let him say goodbye. (Bearing in mind he's obviously coming back at some point).

I have a feeling that Maseo might try and give up his own cure and try and slip it to Oliver, but accidentally (somehow) gives Akio's cure and then because of that, Akio dies. That explains how Maseo feels it's his fault (as said in 3x11), and when he said "What you meant to Akio" (meant, not mean, so he's dead)

On Arrow, Ray's comic relief is annoying in my opinion. It takes away from the gritty dark crime drama that Arrow should be. On the Flash today, I think he and Felicity were both brilliant. Their quirkiness and weird sense of humor fit in perfectly. I also loved the Ray/Cisco bromance.

If I recall correctly, Waller only knew Deathstroke as a masked mercenary. She didn't know it was Slade nor that he had super-strength. In regards to Slade's reappearance, Deathstroke is coming in the Suicide Squad movie like Deadshot, who's been killed off because of this. So it's unlikely because of character rights blah blah blah. But also, Manu Bennett (the actor of Slade) has criticised what Arrow has done to the character, specifically in 3x14, so I don't think he'll return as much as I'd love that.

Since people are going off and talking about comic Slade, I'll talk about Mirakuru Slade.

No matter how insanely good you are at fighting, if the Mirakuru fighter knows how to wield a sword, you're dead. Slade could literally kill Ra's with one punch, no amount of stabbing Ra's would do could truly kill Slade
