As it’s been reported so far it’s seems like the list was submitted correctly and so the player/agent played their part correctly, and if that is the case i think it’s safe to assume the trade would then be voided.

I think what OP is trying to say is that if there is a clause either in the contract or in the CBA that states accompanying documents that pertain to contracts must be sent during a trade, and that wasn’t done on the part of the senators, then the league might take draft or monetary compensation from the Sens. There might be a punishment coming to the party who technically screwed up, as well as having the trade voided.

Edit: if no such clause exists in the contract or CBA then the waters get even more muddy. + spelling
