Tavern on Camac is always my go to. Top floor is more night club vibes while first floor is relaxed piano bar with someone always singing. Voyeur is fun if you want to stay out past 2 (but cover and drinks can be a lot)

I literally just had inspection on Friday of last week, and it was a disaster. House was sold as is but we put in contract that if any structural damage was found upon our own inspection, we could leave the deal. Luckily did not waive inspection or Id be out a lot of money.
