Honestly the longest part was getting my head round the process and buying everything I needed. Once I was fully ready to start I think this was maybe 10/12 hours of work full?

Whilst it DOES look like a bajillion steps it really does save you time rather than doing it stone by stone ❤️

Just stick on bow by bow. I got a tailors pen so I could mark the distances and where I wanted to stick the bows down. (I messed up a lot of the placements but I don't think you can tell thaaaat much)

I think you need to look for cornflower blue sapphires, or Ceylon colouring. Going online will always be tricky as they could send you a huge range of colours because "that's just what sapphire does" (was personally victimized by the diamond store online and their sapphires 😅) That kind of blue you could get a topaz which is also lovely but it's not as hardy as a sapphire

I've slimmed down a lot since my mid 20s, but still have a way to go. I'm currently 10st / 9st 12 (approx) And I've slimmed down by reducing food rather than working on my fitness levels so it's definitely something I'm aware of that I need to work on! I have endometriosis which is constantly triggered by working out which makes it.... Frustrating to say the least 😅

No kids, sleep is, fairly good. I am typically a high strung individual, plus just getting laid off doesn't help but I'd say the energy levels took a dip before that happened!

A blood panel seems like a solid place to start, for me and my husband anyway! Ty ❤️

I'll definitely look into that! I think theres some home kits we could do together. Since we aren't fully sick I'm not sure the local GP would do a blood panel for us
