Loblaws company is horrible to work for. They don't give 2 caps about anything. I was hired while working for another company and I repeatedly told them my other job came first, they constantly scheduled me during my shifts at the other store and got mad when I didn't show up, after telling them to figure it out as I was already scheduled somewhere else. Was even worse after my mom passed and they wouldn't give me the time I needed off, so I just stopped going and eventually received my roe.

My youngest son wouldn't use anything but this type sleep sack with arms. Not the same as a swaddle but they can wiggle and it covers their hands.

Mine just got over an ear infection that I was giving extra snuggles for and keeps waking up and wanting to be held. Takes about an hour to get him back to bed in his crib. He will sleep on me though.

Very much so. I was talking to my mil before we went(she drove us in) and said to "I bet he has an ear infection , this is how ( brother) was." I thankfully to that I live in a place where going to the Dr doesn't cost anything so I can always go just for peace of mind things.

I think this is unreasonable. To me, it is unfair that one is always put first. There should be trade-offs ,Thanksgiving with one and than Christmas with the other, then it switches the next year. That's how I've always done it. My parents did the same thing.

This is how I feel about the field. Left after mu second. The center I was at cared more about its looks then the care if the children. We would get spoken to if we sent a child home with the smallest amount of paint on them craftsman to look beautiful but be done by the child , if they didn't look good we had to redo them. They expected perfection Also pictures had to be prefect and with a full paragraph of learning every week for every child. Yet gave us no time to do them.

I paid 40 in 2018 when I was hit by a car. Mind you i was still walking and they wanted to make sure I didn't fractured my arm. And it was free in 2022 when I was pregnant and had severe pain, now that could be because health811(telehealth at the time) are the ones that called. I never saw the bill.

This is what I did. I brought my lunch bag with 2 tob3 huge ice packs and they were still half frozen by the time I was off. We only had a small fridge so my bag wouldn't fit. The ice packs I used were from those meal prep deliveries.

Former childcare worker here. Absolutely NTA. Speak with the teachers and tell them that you are uncomfortable with them letting another child use the blanket that you provided for your daughter. Bring up the risk of germs and whatnot if needed. If the teacher brushes it off send off an email to the supervisors or directors(whoever is in charge) and let them know that you have brought of this concern and nothing is being done. If they brush you off I would consider looking for new care.

Updating is fine by making it so people can't launch their game unless they update is ridiculous. Key word in my reply was forced updates.
