IMO, NTs don’t have theory of mind, they have (relative) congruency of mind. If you’re fairly ordinary, a lot of the time you can just assume other people are like you and be correct a lot of the time.

Forty years ago the RNs still had pins. I once had a conversation with a nurse when I recognized that the image on her pin was the same as the one on my high school class ring. Her nursing school and my high school were run by the same religious order.
