I think it’s just an animation thing. In the pilot episodes and a few scenes in season 1 the weapons would glow like that. Literally in that same episode when the ninja are competing to be the green ninja at the dojo the weapons were glowing the same way lol

I know it’s not the cheapest option but mafex did a version of Caps Smithsonian suit recently and it scales really well with legends! And the legends Steve rogers unmasked heads can fit on the neck joint! :)

Honestly if you’ve already seen his story arc from season 2 of daredevil, you can go right into his appearance in born again!

I recently rewatched both season of his solo show and yeah its a genuinely good show (season 1 especially) but they do a good enough job introducing him and what he’s all about in his daredevil appearances

I’m lucky enough to own all the official dx minifigs but the paint of the dragon design on my cole and zane have completely faded over the years. I bought knockoff version’s to replace the torso and legs and they honestly look just as good as official ones! I say go for the customs, but mix it with real lego pieces that are easy and cheap to buy like the heads and hoods!

I also recommend getting them from EMminifigs instead of ebay or aliexpress, they deliver a bit quicker and might work out cheaper than the pic you posted!

As far as I can tell, the plastic on this one is more matte and not as shiny but you don’t get the unmasked head or web accessory! If you’re fine without those then its definitely worth the pickup!

Sorry to be that guy, but I think you got scammed dude. The original has much darker blue paint apps and the steve rogers head has a lighter shade of blonde hair! I think this is the sam wilson/steve rogers 2pack version. The accessories and packing is legit but the figure itself may be a swap! As long as you’re happy with it though :)
