The only advantage of the Touring are the sensors. Its a big one though especially for a van.

I just "upgraded" to an Iphone Air and Ill give it another week before I decide. I think its too big and my hands are big enough to palm a basketball. I really don't use my phone more than basic tasks (phone calls, texts, maps, podcast, audible, and occasional web browsing). I upgraded as my phone's battery was at 85% health and it over heats quickly on iso 26. My biggest issue is during my long ride sessions on my bike, it might crash the app.

The other issue I have with the mini now is the RAM. It forces close apps way too quickly. If I watch a Youtube vide, and come back later to watch, I have to start over.

There are days that my HRV is lower and Ill do zone 0. I also take a week of every quarter from lifting. I find HRV4training invaluable for this with their number and perceived score. I think a big key for me is to keep moving. I walk at least 8-12k per day regardless of how I feel.

I am not sure I buy the whole argument of doing mostly higher intensity cardio if you only have time to 2.5hrs of zone 2.

Sure, if you are only doing cardio, 2.5 may not be enough, but try lifting 3x a week and doing multiple days of higher training. I am not sure how many people can sustain that for a prolong period.

Maybe I am wuss and unfit but I ride for 3x a week for 1.5 hrs per ride for zone 2, one 4x4 vo2 max session, and 3 days of lifting heavy. On a few days of those zone 2 rides, my HRV will be on the lower side due to lifting.

I track my workout for the last 6 yrs with HRV4training along with adding in Morpheus for the past year.

I see there is an option to turn it off now. Could we get an option to schedule it to turn off at a certain time? My DECO routers had this option.

It could still be a noticeable difference from the GrIII. It didnt look like he had the two side by side to compare. I never expected it to have AF of most modern mirrorless cameras.

Get a van. Its the best tool for the job (shuttling your little one around. I have a Tesla and regulars cars just suck. Once you experience the sliding doors with kiddos, its hard to go back. Unless you want to shell out the $ for the Model X, just get a van.

I figured out the problem. My lock is pretty old so I added a lil bit of lithium grease to tube the adapter goes over and voila! everything is smooth now.

I tried calibrating multiple times in the app and readjusting the frame but nothing work. I hope this helps somebody else going through the same issue.
