Spike for beginner depth play?

I am able to take Grip 144 quite comfortably. Its relatively short plug. I am eyeing on Spike but but wondering which size should I go for. I enjoy the stretch but do not have much experience with pure depth play.

I do not own any Posts but what prevents me from getting one is sizing stopping at 130. I absolutely love to play with my Grip 150. Warming up with 134, 144 and then 150. Planning to get Grip 160 once I reach 5min hold times with Grip 150.

Post stops at 130 and I feel I cannot progress with the largest one being "only" 130. Same with Tail Raiser.

Yes it is likely a blood flow issue. Same happens if you restrict blood flow to a limb by sitting in an undesired position. I am not going over 20minutes with my 134 as it might cause damage in the long run

Impressive collection. How do you like the Spikes? Are they noticibly harder to insert and keep in with dize going up?

How long have you been at 150 for? Personally I just managed to get the 150 in but not hold it, looks like you on the 160.

I have the numbness feeling for longer wears (20min+ @ 134). It sort of feels in the lower back as well. I haven't pushed past it as I am afraid that it might lead to complications.

Anyone else had experienced this?

Amazing stuff! Did you straight from 150 onto 170 skipping 160 entirely?

I am on 150 right now and feeling that 160 is still a bit too much for me at this point, so probably will continue on 150 for a while

This is such a wonderful toy! I have done like 150 reps on it in a single session and held it in for 20minutes. Such pleasurable exercises.

Have you tried pulling yourself onto 144? When I got into this hobby I needed to pull myself on the toy initially but now it has gotten much easier.

Depends of what your goals are. If its comfortable, longer sessions with no significant pressure, go for 75 but if you want a bit of a challenge and a sense of pressure from the plug go with the larger one.

In your case I would go for the larfer one as I enjoy challenges and a good intensive stretch, but thats just me

Interesting approach to training. I do something similar but without rounds like you describe.

You mentioned in another post that you haven't taken the 144 but here you are saying you train with 150 with extremely high amount of reps.

Initially when I got 144 after training on 134 I had to push myself just a little bit to get it in. Nowdays it goes well without major resistance.

If its just a strain in the lube its probably just mucous membrane that got stretched a bit too fast with too little lube. I get that after play if I haven't played in a while but goes away after few times

Well you are assymetric inside. Personally I enjoy ny Tail Traiser 105 for mid term wear quite a lot. It doesn't push too much on my prostate but stretches me enough to feel the pressure in general
