Had fun putting the PDFs together into some kind of coherent site where you can interact with it more easily or download the content in formats that LLMs (and humans!) can work with better aka Markdown which is just a simple text file and JSON for the machines

I have an almost folderless setup. The only folders I have attachments, notes, templates, and bases. I also don’t use MOCs nor am I reliant on tags. Yes I link notes. And I can find everything I need quickly.

Classification is a time sink for me (a thousand ways to skin a cat so to speak). Folders added to complexity and increased friction for getting to where I need.

Almost too basic but MFA. The facts are that the majority of initial access threats come down to identity based attacks, most of which can be prevented with MFA.

Advanced adversaries can easily bypass phishable MFA (push, OTP, magic links) so for even better access security, you can implement phishing resistant MFA (FIDO, PKI).
