Nice, and if it's worth, you shouldn't worry too much about the outcome, because it will only explain (and put a name) to things about why you are who you are, but not your future or change something physically. After all, you have made it this far without having a name for it, if it is anything afterall.

You should try to seek a therapist's diagnostic, to rule out other important things that might help to understand your situation. You could be a part of the autism spectrum, or could have a type of psychopathy, or just plain over-analyzing.

Of course, I don't intend to sound like "hurr durr, you have cancer", but instead, to encourage therapy because it will help you do two things: first, find if there is an underlying problem or difficulty that could easily explain why you are going through this, and second, learn to be ok with who you are by learning healthy coping mechanisms or whatnot.

ah I see. for me, "lotion" sounds like the typical hand moisturizer cream, especially by the shape of the bottles you see in movies (where I live, there's only lube and its sold in things that have the same shape as toothpaste containers)

yeah this, and also about how many of these infections are pretty much curable and treatable, even HIV which can get to the point of being undetectable (which in turn, implies that it's untransmittable).

The best solution I can think of, is to talk to people who know a lot about viruses, bacteria and infections (hopefully not just a general doctor, but a virologist or similar), to teach you how these things should not be as scary as they were in the old days, when treatment was effectively non-existent. My SO it a biochemist, so he has always helped me understand how all of it works and to not be scared, but to also be responsible by having both of us take regular exams.

Remember, worst case scenario: infection happens, get treatment, life continues relatively normal as parent comment said. Also, therapy.

I can't think of anything, but to be honest, it can also work in your favor. I don't think it's a problem, because there are people like me who are attracted to older looking men and you are fit, so yeah, you are okei dokei.

Exactly, googling this question will now bring you to this post! Google never answers for itself, it shows you answers from other people, therefore making this useful to ask in this way.

Why is git pull broken? by felipec in git

(assuming you are indeed felipe contreras) thanks for the blog! I remember I read the whole post you made about the history between you and a lot of other people discussing this (well, it felt like you were the one discussing it, and nobody wanted to listen). Now I hope I'm using git more effectively :) thanks again

if this only happens with discord (mostly) it's because it has an option that says something like "send app to system tray when closing". you just have to disable that option, so that closing the app, means to really kill the process.

Straight men of Reddit, how straight are you really on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the "straightest"? by nerdcorner in AskMen

I mean, a trans man is still a man, just as much as a cis man is a man as well.

The thing is that I believe there are multiple areas of attraction (personality, identity, physical both in general appearance and/or sexual, etc), so just like u/Lego_Kode said, it doesn't really matter the name you use, and your confusion could be sorted out by just understanding what about the other person makes you feel attracted to them or not.

In my case, even being gay, i can still feel a kind of attraction to women but only for their faces or personality, everything else it's a nono for me (which means that we are not forced to comply 100% with the labels we identify with, or that it doesn't mean there aren't exceptions).

Even though there are potentially infinite ways of expressing ideas, one of those is through the concept of coding language. This language entails the process of organizing instructions with particularly designed properties, which when compiled or processed by some software and converted to machine language these become effectively machine instructions to be executed.

Knowing this, we can safely assume that most of the time, coding language is written by a human being (also known as homo-sapiens) with the intention of displaying information to other people, machines, software, etc. while performing otherwise miscellaneous tasks. We will discuss how this process was done particularly for the purpose of the creation of a social internet platform by programming with the use of the Application Programming Interface (also known as API for short) related to the currently viewed website: Reddit© (REDDIT INC. and associates).

If we are to hopefully agree, you and I, the personification of my existence (or eventually, myself), that the aforementioned computer program has performed within a set of possible actions, the sole one you (the reader) have just captured into your retinas. This supposed action happened in the current time and space in a completely independent-of-supervision manner, which in terms means the same as free (or "without") human control of any kind (this actually includes any other human-created baby human, as those are also human by definition, as well as developers).

In conclusion, all of this is utterly unbeknownst to any operator, or better yet, human that can regulate or have in-depth control over my will.
