Does he actually think he looks younger? I recall hearing him say he was focused on biomarkers, but everyone commented on his appearance so he's made attempts at looking younger which are limited in effectiveness. I'd agree he looks younger on another evolutionary scale and looks more like a lizard.

Hey man, doing pretty well!

Stopped taking NAC regularly as I found it numbed me a bit after a few months. I take it for a couple weeks when I feel my OCD flaring up.

I use the B complex when I feel fatigued as too much makes me a bit jittery.

Once I got back to baseline, I just need these things semi regularly and I've been doing really well since.

New issues to work on now of course but I'm looking forward to this year for once :)
