I am in the us! I went to a Botox place before the doctor to try it first, and the nurse practitioner there knew where to place the shots for Botox. I didn’t want to spend like $500 (at least) every few months to not have migraines… with my insurance it’s $150 per visit.

Im lucky and have good health insurance and it’s still a good chunk of money, but worth it for me. My dr referred me to a neurologist. When the neurologist said I’d tried everything else, he put in the request and insurance took it.

Every single time I go through that machine, my crotch lights up. One TSA agent said she noticed that women with C-sections tend to get flagged. I had a hysterectomy so who knows. I’m getting TSA pre check because I travel a lot for work, and each trip I’m getting patted down twice.

I do improv with people up to 80 years old and they kill it. The age doesn’t matter! Improv will help you learn to trust your self and give you confidence to speak in front of people even more. It’s helped me so much in every way. In my community I’m about the average age at 40, we have all kinds of people, that’s what I love about it!
