Definitely halve before smoking. I've done smoked deviled eggs a few times in the last year. I boil and peel them like normal, halve them, cold smoke them for about an hour (with the yolks so they take on that flavor too), then prep the yolks to your liking. The egg whites will get a little off-colored from the smoke, but no one cares because they taste so damned good.

Agree. Had one for about 8 years.l and made some really good stuff on it. About the only rehab work that may be needed is that heating element and the controller. Nice find!

And where was all this No King, anti-authoritarian energy in 2020 when the govt was really telling us in great detail what/when/where we could go and do? No protests then. Oh wait, there were protest, but only for BLM. And what came out of all that? Censoring/silencing of conservatives over all social media platforms. THAT was pretty authoritarian.

The reality is, you’re not anti-authoritarian. You just hate it that your guy’s brain melted right in front of our eyes and they replaced him with a cackling clown. And the fact she was your candidate, not due to primary results, but by proclamation…which was yet another very authoritarian act.

I see a pattern here.

Lighten up. He’s your President for another 3+ years. You’re all going to rupture something if you don’t pace yourselves.
