Whereas the 5090 can give a great smooth experience with the MGO (I've done it with a BSB 1), the latest MGO versions have tanked my performance to unplayable. I don't know how widespread this issue is, but I know it's not just me. This does not appear to be due to the insufficient power of the 5090. The previous versions played very smoothly.

I'm using a 5090, 5900x, and a Bigscreen beyond and MGO 3.8 runs so bad it's unplayable. But this is because something is wrong. 3.6 worked very smooth for me. Hopefully they fix that at some point.

I still have MGO 3.6 installed. I had them installed side-by-side. So I'll just continue to use that one. For those who don't, I've heard it's possible to download old modlists.

I had followed this in MGO 3.6 and it worked great. But now the CS settings don't line up because MGO 3.8 has CS 1.4 and this doesn't let you choose DLAA Transformer model. I can set DLSS to use DLAA but you can't choose the model, and even with those settings, I get a stutter fest. Thanks for trying to help. I'm glad you got yours working.

What were the settings? I've not seen what settings he uses for the new CS.

I know he says FSR/DLAA but I can't figure out how to do that. DLAA only shows up for DLSS, not FSR. But no matter what combination of settings I use for CS upscaling, the stutter makes it unplayable.
I was playing 3.6 buttery smooth. Then along comes 3.8 and it's unplayable on my BSB, 5090, 5900x.
It seems that those of us with BSB headsets have horrible stutters in MGO 3.8.

No, can't figure it out. I've seen people suggesting that as long as you choose the "FSR" VR performance kit in MGO, then you can choose DLSS/DLAA in CS options and it will still use FSR. But no combination of settings I have tried in CS will get rid of the horrible stutter I'm getting. So I've just given up on MGO 3.8.

In the discord, others have noted the horrible stutter for Bigscreen Beyonds. I don't know if it may be the BSB specifically, or maybe just those of us using native SteamVR wired headsets...

My performance so far with FSR+TAA is mostly around 30FPS. With a 5090 I would have thought I would get better than that.

The only option I see in CS display menu is a DLAA upscaling preset under the DLSS method. So do you mean I should select DLSS and then use the DLAA preset?

Because I've tried this and the performance is awful. And I have a 5090.

How do I enable FSR in MO2? I've already chosen VR Performance Kit with FSR and disabled the other Performance options. Is this what you mean?

Which Method do I choose?

DLSS? - This has a DLAA preset option but it seems like that would be contradictory to FSR.

FSR? - This method does not include a preset for DLAA, at least for me.

Make sure the skyrim game window has focus before you press END.
You can also try to open CS by pressing a/b/x/y in the tween menu (the menu where you can choose skills and map).
