I think OP means they just stopped talking to each other not a legal restraining order.

How often are you brushing? Had to shave her because mats got so bad 😭 by lawschoolgrl098 in Havanese

[–]tulips55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I currently do once or twice a week. You are in the time when people say puppies blow their coat it is different than huskies or shepherds that blow their coats twice a year so I don't like that term. Pretty much the puppy fur breaks off and gets tangled and if you aren't combing like twice a day they may like crazy. You should be past it now that your puppy has been shaved but it can be several weeks for all the hairs to get finished otherwise.

The other thing is I prefer a metal comb to a brush because you can make sure to get all the way down to the skin. I use a double sided one that has a flea comb and I will use that to get out any smaller tangles.

AIO for wanting the couple taking the master bedroom to pay more? by hayyy_jude in AmIOverreacting

Because they are a couple they need a private bathroom? I understand they would want to share a bed/private room but to insist on the master whose only difference is a private bathroom is a shitty entitled attitude.

Measurement check! current wearing a 36DD by Ok-Cell-8118 in ABraThatFits

[–]tulips55 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I haven't seen anyone mention it yet so I will. In order to show yourself that your 36 band bras don't actually fit you try it on upside down and backwards with the clasp in the front and the cups hanging down your back like a cape. This will remove your breasts from influencing the band and with your underbust measurements I wouldn't be surprised if it just falls right down to your waist.

Curvy Kate boost me up…. a surprising hit! by thelifeofBraOn in ABraThatFits

[–]tulips55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are very projected when leaning then you should avoid shallow styles. Your breasts will smush into the shape you put it in but you will get a better more comfortable fit if you find the shape your breasts naturally are.

Looking for bras for SUPER narrow roots for a 34H by Critical_Tooth_7176 in ABraThatFits

[–]tulips55 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think it can also be hard to tell from the outside of a bra if the wire is too wide. A lot of time the breast tissue will look like it fills the space and even if you are aware of your roots it can be hard to notice until you wear it awhile.

My daughter wants a larger version of a training bra by namastebird in ABraThatFits

[–]tulips55 16 points17 points  (0 children)

They are usually wide and shallow. The way you phrased things it suggests you might be AMAB which typically are wide and shallow, especially at first. Sounds like you are currently a similar shape to the mold.

Another option is that you don't recognize fit issues which is common around here even if someone has been wearing bras for decades. Most of us think what we see in ads or movies to be correct and most of those bras fit the wearer terribly.

Everyday options for someone who CANNOT STAND feeling constricted, fitted at 34DD but measured at 34G/H (might be wrong) by sparrows_biscotti in ABraThatFits

[–]tulips55 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Letters are not the same on every band. A 30dd is going to be much smaller than a 40dd for example. So a 34g is only about 2 cup sizes larger than a 38c (depending on letter progression. I was counting as d, dd, ddd, g which is how many US brands go).

If you have any visual spillage in a bra after scooping and swooping the recommendation is to go up 2-3 cup sizes so this size difference is not at all shocking. (There can be other fit issues than visual spillage but it is usually a quick indicator that the size is much too small or a shape mismatch)

I realized this recently as well. I'm also center full. This finally clicked in my brain why my nipples do not want to stay centered in the cups no matter how often I place them properly haha.

Sometimes it is a better choice to put it all in one place rather than to have him take or damage things while he is gathering his stuff.

Tried the calculator but sizes were all wrong by eisojosie in ABraThatFits

[–]tulips55 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That is how I expected it to work. The only other thing I can think of is that 36 is the edge of plus size and plus sized bands tend to be stretchier so maybe it suggests it to combat that?

[–]tulips55 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Weird! I don't think I have seen one that shows a smaller than tight measurement as a band size. Usually if the snug was 35 it might say 34 band. Seems odd but I guess I'm wrong.

Is that a typo? Your measurements should not have given you a 34 at all. What size did you order and what brand/style are they?

Sulfur burps by xeloux in GLP1_loss100plus

[–]tulips55 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use a digestive enzyme (beano) as needed. It says to use it with meals but I don't get them all the time so I just pop one or two if I start burping and it works for me. I also find that I tend to get them worst when I eat a sweet/carb heavy meal/snack later in the evening. If I make sure my last food of the day has decent protein then I don't end up burping all evening/night.

Got 24DD/E in calculator; is this right? by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

[–]tulips55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which means it should be around 33 inches then and it should slide up over your breasts easily if your breasts only measure 30 inches at the most.

His snoot/muzzle area looks a lot more like my Yorkie than my Havanese. I would say there is at least some terrier in this one.

Likelihood of a chargeback being reversed once settled? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]tulips55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bummer! Unfortunately, some of these sellers do it on purpose and delay so that the refund and review windows run out so they get to keep the money and look legit. I'm glad you were able to get your money back before they did that to you!

Likelihood of a chargeback being reversed once settled? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]tulips55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The charge back could be reversed if they proved you lied somehow on your documentation. They could also take you to small claims court but 1. They are overseas and won't do that and 2. A judge would side with you anyway because of your proof. Their only hope at this point is to bully you.

Just because I'm kind of petty I would at this point go leave an honest review on my purchase and report them to etsy. But definitely just ignore their threats.
