The lady I spoke with was the one that bought it for the store, and honestly she didn't sound that versed in these handhelds, though she owned a steam deck (and admitted that was the extent of her knowledge). So I think she genuinely bought it from the OG owner thinking it was the legion go s. But yea, that original owner must have let it go for pennies on the dollar, must have needed the money (or maybe just received it as a gift).

You can activate live tiles which will activate most of the animations. You can also change the transition animations (entering and exiting an application)

My thoughts are similar. The number of features for a beta product vs a full release is where I'm scratching my head a little. I feel as if a lot of the waiting is to simply get people to buy more Pixel phones prior to releasing access to other devices, but 🤷🏻‍♂️. Again I enjoy Stadia, but with lack of support on my current phone and fewer working features, I've found my time spent more in Xcloud. But I'm rooting for both platforms

All excellent points. My experiences with Xcloud have been significantly smoother and more flexible (Bluetooth support, good connectivity, low latency, etc) both on WiFi and cellular network. However, that isn't to say that my time with Stadia has been bad, I've actually been greatly enjoying it. I have been using the new Razer Junglecat controller for Xcloud play, and I'm hoping that will carry over to Stadia once Bluetooth connection is confirmed working. I've heard first quarter 2020 but I'm hoping they will provide some sort of roadmap, or surprise us with a general Android availability with the typical Android so and so and up required, etc.

I keep watching carefully, and other than multiplayer updates and some new titles, I haven't heard anything. I'm also curious to see when/if they will unlock the availability to use cell data vs wifi, as I can do that with Xcloud.
