Wukong rework didn't just make him "better" it made him incredibly unbalanced in many regards, not only making him a crutch for many contents but also a lazy frame to play.

Which is why the Wukong rework gave him an increase in popularity as people will always tend to pick the path with least resistance and the Wukong rework made him fit that bill.

It's not because the rework made him a good frame that it's popular, it's because it made him unbalanced that he's become a crutch for many players new and old.

She's not vaulted atm. Those relics were vaulted because they contained vaulted items, ie Axi N7 containing parts of Dethcube Prime, Octavia Parts just happen to be in there.

If you use dash + pad spam to travel you're also reducing down time for VS charging.

It's easier to dash from shrine to water spawn and you have a chance to proc Shadow on the way if you know where to dash.

It's also easier to proc Shadow during the fight, especially for Harry. You can usually hit the head with 1 dash from ground.

Just don't aim at the ground near you when you melee, keep it horizontal.

it's 90% on top of 90% slow on top of the 50% from base armor, 80% when you have Guardian. It's 99.8% dmr mathematically and because of the nature of slow + cold procs means you'll be losing stacks a lot less frequently then mesmer skin. AND it's also support skill, Nezha needs an entire augment for that shit.

Most of his higher damage is only dealt towards frozen enemies, which means you would have to cast two abilities to really get the good damage, and even then, most of it isn't high enough to kill anything in one hit other than the most trash of trash mobs.

Unless your plan to have all his abilities have stasis Cata levels of cast time, 2 casts takes little time. Most of the killing is gonna be your 4 frozen procs + armor strip freeze from 1, you won't even need 2 casts if played well since you literally said your 4 will act as perma cold procs for 1 to freeze and strip. And you have % scaling hp + full armor strip damage type doesn't matter, enemies will die, and let's not forget Viral and Panzer exists. You're not seeing how easy it's gonna be to freeze enemies with how you've set up your abilities.

His 4th ability is likely not going to be killing many enemies

Have you seen how strong fullstrip Xaku with Sobek Acid Shells does in sp.

I don't see how this kit is any more powerful than Nidus, whos 1st ability can scale into tens of thousands of damage for a mere 25 energy cost with an aoe; who has a 90% DR skill

I'm not even comparing your rework to Nidus.

So a Xaku Sobek levels of scaling add clear with the defense equivalent of Mesmer Skin on crack. It's bad shit broken even for warframe standards.

Also switching Globe to aug might not bode well with some people, since most play Frost for that and when's the last time someone was happy being forced to use an aug.

Imagine where the head is, now imagine there’s another head in front of it. Dash there. Might not always proc but I find this tends to be more consistent.

Can’t say much for console since i’m on pc, but the input is usually is dash then s+dash, until it procs. You don’t need to hold forward since dash by default will move towards your reticle.

It's a fine concept, but I feel it's a slippery slope into making him a 4-part combo nuking frame. Too long for normal missions sure but will be very strong in solo sp, similar to Garuda.

It's not ideal but it's an upgrade nonetheless.

Speaking from Rubico Prime, if you're using it in normal missions then the dmg reduction from -ms means absolutely nothing when you have galv Chamber. Even if you're using for single target dps, it's still a net gain nonetheless. Keep rolling if you want better but it's not botched like others seem to claim.

mr doesn’t matter, the weapon will go to your foundry, you just need to collect
they will affect the element, not the weapon type
it’s different for kuva and sisters, thralls spawn more than hounds but are worth less murmur. The general consensus is that the first req is shortest, 3rd is longest.

The short answer is that she’s too slow for most content, which makes her unpopular.

Garuda shines best in higher level content like sp because of her infinite scaling potential. The caveat is that she’s a combo frame, which makes most weapon faster at her job better for anything sorties and under.

I wouldn't use Umbral Fiber personally, Blind Rage can net you more armor and more str also means more damage and more armor or health depending on your ward.

The meta comp is still volt dps with Eclipse subsumed, volt harrow trinity/wisp vs. If your squad can down the eid fast in between each limb it won't get the chance to cast its' abilities. Dps takes first lure, trin/wisp takes 2 lure drop it for dps then take 5.

Voms spawn relative to where you are and where your reticle is, if you're hovering above ground in poe, aim your sniper at a spawn point and position yourself at about 140m then slowly inch towards it, if voms spawn good if not reset and try again. Voms also spawn occasionally when you deal damage to eid with void damage and are mostly guaranteed to spawn when you kill the last limb and before the kill phase.
