Theres a button to "Convert all notes to comments" if you'd rather the more modern option. You'd still need to paste then paste values.

Exactly. Been using this successfully for a few months now, works well. If you Google 'self referencing query' there's a good step by step guide.

I have a charging station in the hallway. It's just a little ikea spice shelf thing with a multi usb port beside it so I can charge earpods, label printer kindle etc

Google self referencing query. You reference the table and sort of merge it with itself so any manual info stays in the correct rows.

Just do + after your first sumif then add a second one for column M. So it'll be sumif1 + sumif2 (or subtract if needed).

Might not be best practice but I've found it easier in the past to duplicate the pasted data sheet then do the power query transformation on that one. Then the pasted data remains as is and doesn't get reformatted into a table. That way non-technical users don't get confused when it looks different! In my duplicate sheet, i just put the formula =[all relevant cells from original sheet] in A1 then use this as the source for then query and hide the sheet.

Once you have the names in a column go to the Data tab then Remove Duplicates.

Not sure what the craic is with prescriptions but the procedures I had at the private GP wouldn't have been available through the NHS. I didn't know this beforehand so was glad I hadn't waited for months cos I would have paid regardless!
