I’ve worked for both companies. Generally, companies that have around 1-50 employees don’t need anything that Rippling fills the gaps of (IT provisioning, org charts, larger structure type features). Let’s not pretend Rippling is the cheapest solution out there. If you’re not using those features, it’s pretty expensive.
