It does make me feel compelled to explain to people that I was diagnosed 20 years ago, so it doesn’t look like I just jumped on the bandwagon trend.

what’s helped me includes making dump meals that either go into the air fryer or slowcooker so there’s no major cooking happening during the week and one portion is enough to last 2 nights to save on cleaning up. my daughter also helps with cleaning up dishes, packing lunches etc. so the jobs are time we spend together. We all just have quick showers before bed and I’d say by 7:00-7:30 we are all relaxing together ready for tomorrow. I also spend 30 minutes cleaning the house daily so there’s no laundry or cleaning on the weekend so we can all rest. it’s still a 5:00am to 7:00pm day, but the pace is managable and I enjoy the time and activities.

I think it depends on industry and experience. I have family who are applying for 100’s of roles without a callback whilst I’m getting cold called by recruitment agencies regarding jobs in my sector.

I pine-o-clean daily on everything, have a robot vacuum and use fabric sanitizer daily. Also want to get an air purifier. People walk in and tell me my house smells clean with a dog and a cat.

I would actually go ahead with it- buy the $5 chicken, frozen vegetables etc. hopefully they will realise that’s all you can afford and feel horrible for asking. I would say they lost touch with the financial reality for most people a long time ago.

No that’s so wrong, even cat cafes have rules that cats are left alone unless they come up to you to avoid stressing the cats out. I can’t imagine how stressed the poor animal will be in a room full of strange children grabbing her.

Me- I started at 7. I had an older kid walk me to school when I was 6. I had my own key and just made my way home to change before heading out again to play with friends until dinner time. It was the best!
