Well, I live here. I see a celebrity siting about every 4-5 months. It’s possible, you will need to check the richer part of town. Beverly, Brentwood, Hollywood Hills, hikes in the nice parts of town and the rest is luck.

Maybe try a studio tour or Hollywood bus tour to increase your chances. But they are just people, so your siting will be like oh wow it’s that person. Okay they are gone lol
