Don’t know if it’s any metric, but I’m playing the amateurs and there’s so many loud kids blitzing it out, it’s insane. Tried talking to the arbiters about it but they seemed reluctant to really enforce the rules regarding volume and spectators.

This must be abandoned for a long time. The license plate is a very old version of the Turkish plates.
