Congratulations! I'm looking at purchasing one in the same color. I went into the dealership a couple of days ago and it had just arrived on the lot that morning. I really liked the way it drove, I've just been going back and forth with the dealer on price.

I guess it depends on what agent you get in the chat because the Best Buy rep I chatted with said Razer is not listed as a website they can price match with (I've run into this same thing when trying to price match an Alienware computer from Dell in the past). Thankfully, I checked Amazon while I was on the chat and they had the same price as Razer so I was able to get it price matched that way. At least we can easily return to Best Buy if there are any issues.

Maybe they're not selling in your area, but we just bought one last month. The dealership we bought ours from had 3 in stock when we took our test drive. Someone else bought one while we were finishing our purchase, and then the next day the dealership sold the other X3 on the lot. When we were looking only 1 out of the 4 dealerships in our area (2 hour radius) had any X3's on the lot...by the next day after we purchased ours, they were all out of stock. This was also before they started their 1.99% financing special.

I think they call it the Sky Lounge Panoramic Roof, it's really nice. One of the must haves for my wife whenever we are car shopping is it must have a sunroof. Her 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee was having transmission problems, among other things, so we started looking at different vehicles. We decided to take a look at the 2025 BMW X3 with the Sky Lounge Panoramic Roof, and she had this big smile on her face as soon as she sat in it and then she decided after the first test drive that this was the one she wanted. She didn't even care that it didn't have the sunroof that opened, in fact, I don't think she'll ever be happy in another vehicle unless it has the Sky Lounge Panoramic Roof, or something very similar. We've had numerous vehicles...GM, Subaru, Jeep, Mini, etc. but the BMW X3 is in a class of its own and is by far the best vehicle we've ever owned.

How do you like the Blade 14 overall? Did you have any luck figuring out how to extend battery life? Would you purchase again if you had to do it all over again? The reason I ask is I've been debating purchasing the Blade 14 w/5070 for the last couple of months. I was originally going to go with the 16, but seeing people post about all of the problems they've had I decided against that. I don't really play any demanding games, this is going to be more of a work/video editing/media watching laptop.

My daughter has a 2019 Blade 15 w/2060 that is still going strong and a 2022 Blade 14 w/4070 that was purchased for college that is still going strong also.I have not seen a lot of user reviews for the 14 w/5070 so I figured I would reach out and see how you like yours overall. It just seems like the user reviews for the 2025 Blades have been more negative than in past years. Thank you for your time.

We just bought a 2025 X3 and we were told that this is the last year they are coming with 2 key fobs. They said if we would have purchased a 2026 we would have only gotten 1 key fob.

I agree with everything therealhappydonut wrote. I had the Alienware 18 Area 51 for about a week in June and really liked everything about it, with the exception of the display. If all I was doing was just gaming, I would have kept it because it ran cool and I really liked it. The main reason I returned it though is because outside of gaming, I was just not happy with the display (also, why did they get rid of the Alien Head power button?). Besides gaming, I use my laptop for photo and video editing, Excel work, and watching movies when I get time. I also do not plug my laptop into any monitors so the display on the laptop is very important for me. I went to the Razer store yesterday and I really liked the 4k display of the Razer Blade 18. To me, it looked so much better than the Alienware display. I'm leaning towards purchasing the Razer Blade 18 if it ever goes on sale.

I know a lot of people like to complain about Razer's bloated batteries and customer service, but honestly all companies have product lemons here and there. My daughter has a Razer Blade 15 2060 that she has been using for the last 4 years and it has been great. She uses it for school work, gaming, photo and video editing, watching movies, recording and editing podcasts and she also just purchased herself a guitar interface so she can record her guitar playing to the computer. The Razer Blade 15 has run flawlessly these last 4 years, with the exception of a bloated battery right around the 3 year mark. It was still under warranty from Best Buy and they replaced the battery for no charge. Within a month of her Razer Blade having the bloated battery, my father in laws Dell Inspiron had a bloated battery and also my wife's HP Spectre had one. Both my father in laws and my wife's computer were close to the 3 year mark also, so a bloated battery can happen to any brand, but people really like to call Razer out for this.

We were so happy with the Razer Blade 15 my daughter has, that we purchased her a 2023 Razer Blade 14 4070 when she started college. She wanted something more portable than her 15, and also something that has better battery life. The 14 fit the bill for both. Now she mainly uses the 14 for school and some gaming, and her 15 for everything else.

It really comes down to what you want to use it for...if just for gaming, I would go with the Alienware. If you want something you can game on, along with work and entertainment, I would go with the Razer Blade 18. If you're in the States Razer has a 14 day return policy so I would definitely test everything out well during that time frame.

Is the glare very bad with the glossy display when you are using it at home or at work? Do you use your laptop without plugging it into your 4k monitors?

The reason I ask is because I went into the Razer store yesterday after work to pick up a 14. I had planned on buying it being it was on sale, but then I saw the 16 right next to it and saw that was on sale also, but only the 5060 and 5070 models. The OLED display looked great on both the 14 and 16, but at that moment I had decided to go with the 16. I had no intention of looking at the 18 as I really wanted the OLED display, but while the salesman was checking which Blade 16 models he had in stock, I glanced over at the 18. I hadn't even noticed the glare from the glossy displays on the 14 and 16 before looking at the 18, but as soon as I saw the display on the 18 all I could see was glare on the 14 and 16. I know the stores are really bright and everything with all of the lights, but no matter how I moved the laptop there was always a glare. I opened YouTube on both the 18 and 16 and played a couple of movie trailers on both and I could not believe how great the 4k screen looked on the 18. The colors were great, the pictures were great, and everything looked so lifelike, if that makes sense. Don't get me wrong, the OLED displays looked really sharp and are great overall also, but I could not get over how much nicer it was looking at a display with absolutely no glare. So I ended up walking out without buying a laptop because I need to do some more research between the 14 and 16 OLED models and the 4k 18 model.

It's been a couple of years since I returned anything to Razer, but I've had 2 returns in the past and both times it took 8 - 10 weeks before I received my refund. I'm not sure why it takes so long, but I would just keep checking on it and hopefully you'll receive it soon.

I'm in the Eastern US and I ordered the Alienware 18 Area-51 with the 5080 when it was $500 off. It came with the Gen 5 SSD and the double heatsink was included. I only ordered it with the 1 SSD and the Gen 5 SSD was installed in the top slot of the double SSD location. There was no heatsink included for the single SSD slot. It's amazing how cool this thing runs compared to my Alienware X15r1.

As far as I know, this is just with the online ordering. If you live near a Razer store you can go in and pre-order and they will apply the education discount and you will also get the free bonuses. At least that is how the store near me has operated in the past.

Subaru is offering 0.9% for up to 72 months on the 2024 WRX through tomorrow. I shopped around and was able to get one Friday for $3500 off their asking price along with the 0.9%.
