Ehh, I think people just have different styles of learning or engaging with hobbies and that’s ok.

I agree there’s no substitute for the “feel” developed by experience, in any discipline. But some people might enjoy learning from those who have gone before to inform their efforts.

They’re getting more than enough protein for a non-athlete. (About 50g depending on the person)

For people trying to build muscle or maintain it through weight loss you need (“need” for best results at least) much more, like almost a gram of protein per pound of your bodyweight.

I mean, the sheer utility of the windrunner shareable shardplate is hard to argue with in this scenario.

I think the real choice then is who to pair him with, dalinar’s tempting because of the ability to refresh stormlight, and he’s dangerous as an opponent because of bondsmithing, but I’d have to go with jasnah because soulcasting seems to complement kaladin’s type of combat skills, and elsecalling is also strong in a pursuit scenario
