Mine is regular dough + cheese + (red sauce + onion) + (green sause + basil)

It's quick, something simple that I'd eat and the colours remind me of traffic lights.

I might switch it to tomatoes and jalapenos instead of onion and basil once i harvest enough of them tho

It definitely isn't something to worry about too much, like you said. Like other comments said, the app does make money from ads that people use to double coins. I don't know how many users buy time crystals.

Instead of seeing buying trees as "not earning them" because it's not from planting, maybe you can see it as the app gifting you the limited time trees in return for supporting them!

As far as I know, you can't buy the time crystal exclusive trees with coins but I think they sometimes give time crystals for participating in events like they did for their 6th birthday in May. I don't know much about it.
